I'm happy to report that yesterday was a win! 
I ate clean all day -Used My Fitness Pal to log - 1879 calories
Went mountain Biking burned about 600 cal 
So I'm thrilled!  There were a few weak moments but I managed to get past it.  Drank water like a Boss all day - over 100 oz
I'm keeping it simple...
I should have sat with the hunger in the evening rather than eating two protein bars and a protein shake while watching Eat Pray Love...but I'm not that broken up over it.

Today - my plan is this ~ 
Egg beaters, grapefruit for breakfast
Atkins shake for snack
soup/kitcheree for lunch
yogurt for snack
veggie hot dog for dinner
Fruit smoothie for dessert 
Jillian's 30 day shred/ go for a run

I think I've got my mojo back - I just need to simplify and focus on one thing at time, stay positive and expect awesomeness and not failure.  
PS -  its September First  - summer ends this afternoon here - 90% of the summer city people flee the area today and tomorrow - I'm looking forward to life slowing down, less parties, less bad attitudes and a lot less range rovers hogging up parking spots! 

I want a pig so bad!  - This one is named petunia ....She is house broken...:)

Dinner Last Night - my own BBQ - Veggie hot dog and grilled sweet potato wedges..yum!

  4. get it girl! i am right there with you...i know you are not happy with where you are right now but i just noticed your starting weight and your current weight and you are a star! you (and i) will both get to our goal. pehaps more work than we anticipated but you got this. keep it up!
