Labor Day ~ The unofficial end of Summer

Yesterday was another good day.  Happy to report the scale is going down but I'll wait to record official results on Wednesday.
I spent a portion of the day watching youtube videos ...I'm definitely not the only one out there struggling with demons and re-gain...I think thats just reality.  It helps to re-commit myself.

This is what yesterday looked like:

8:00 1/4 cup egg beaters
2 bites of grapefruit

Jillian's 30 day shred (damn I'm sore as balls today)

11 Protein shake:
    1/2 cup rice milk
    Kale
    Spirutine protein powder
    blue berries
    1/2 frozen banana

1:30 Atkins Shake

2:30 1/2 cup egg beaters (120c  24p) and veggie hot dog (140 c 13p)

Then the trouble started - I was bored and hanging around watching TV..The voice in my head kept saying go for a walk but I didn't...I raided the pantry...graham crackers and Smuckers fudge...

I filled up on that...

Then skipped dinner and went out for ice cream with Mo...

I'm not calling it a fail - Its better than last week and all I have to do is do better than before - I refuse to hate myself for the decisions of yesterday and will do better today...

I am committing to 30 days of Jillian's 30 Day Shred..Its gonna hurt today as I'm sore as balls...
Also like Cat - will be shooting for 28 pounds by Jan 1- that would be GOAL - 145.  (my unofficial weight was 173 yesterday)

Its rainy cloudy here on the last day of summer - Mo has the day off too - I think we are playing tennis with our friends and then having dinner at their house (they are veggies too - and gluten free so the food will be safe)
wait ..Tennis?  yes - I don't play so it will hiarious...as I'm a total spazz on the court.  haha - but at least its an activity

Today ~
30 day shred
egg beaters
shake
yogurt
tuna fish
shake
then not sure whats on tap for dinner ..
will try not to drink wine...:)
