Just a quick update to my 10 things Thursday post ~ I got my ass on the Dreadmill last night and did a tempo run ~ 5K @ 33 min ~ bad mood gone ~ weekend here (working all weekend) ~ ready to bring it!
Exercise is a miracle mood drug....
Today ~ I've got boot camp ~ woo hoo!
