Weigh in Wednesday -its back!

This week - 162.4 

I've got some work to do - like twenty pounds - the same 20 I've been talking about for almost a year!  I just cant believe it!

Yesterday I ran/walked just under 3 miles - I forgot to eat and it was humid out so the pace was horrible and I felt like crap!  
Food  was ok - 
protein shake
veggie burger
chick peas
sun chips - not great
Nut cluster - instead of candy but they were packed with calories
Watermelon margarita - whoops
veggie burger 

Today -
I had a protein shake 
will be bringing watermelon and rice and beans to work
have a client lunch - I usually don't eat much at these as I get really tight when I'm out.
Mountain Bike  after work - hells yes! 
Dinner - I have an Amy's Tamale dinner ready to go!

I love this time of year!

  2. So proud of you rockin it again Warrior. You and my Hero (Beth Ann) have inspired me to get back on track. I'm gonna make it to Zumba tonight me thinks. This is after my 2 mile run this morning. Hells yes!

  4. I know I've said it before, and I'll say it again, how is the last 20 pounds keeping two awesome women from kicking it in the ass? Seriously. There are a lot of us that just cant seem to make the final push. Why is that?

  5. I've been loving watermelon in my protein shakes, now you've got me thinking about naughty watermelon drinks!
    Funny, my lowest weight was also 155 but that was when I was so tight/irritated that I couldn't even swallow my own spit! I don't care to go back to that place.
