DETOX MAKES FOR A BORING POST

I made it ~ Day one.

I had a "wellness shake" for breakfast ~ kale, spinach and berries
Vegan Black Bean soup for lunch ~ and terra chips and some multi grain chips 

I walked past the brownies that were calling my name

Atkins Advantage shake for a snack

Dinner was tuna from the can and some mayo (don't hate on the mayo - I'm only focusing on detoxing sugar)

I was definitely feeling blech by the end of the day and so I declined a dinner invite - I just didn't have the energy and didn't want the temptation.

Around 8:30 the sugar monster was tapping me on the shoulder - I ended up having a protein shake instead...
In Bed for 9pm
 
In all - I think I was around 1300 c for the day

Did not make it to TRX - Work has been nuts. 

I am focusing on one thing for these first 3 days of detox - just the detox - I need to be gentle with myself.

  3. Good on you girl...you just gotta get through to the other side - by day 4/5 you should be feeling much much better. Proud of you!

  5. Ugh, I feel your pain. Why are we so addcited to sugar! Even though I know it makes me feel like crap, it tastes so GOOD!
