V is for Vegan Vibrance Vixen Vanessa Vivacious!

I am the goddess of green juice - seriously - who knew squished veggies could make you feel so good!
Yesterday ~ I had a kale/cilantro/pineapple/ginger/cucumber/lime juice for breakfast - that held me to lunch
which was sesame tofu and watermelon
Afternoon Snack - another awesome juice
Boot camp - God Damn I love waking up in pain and all sore!
Dinner - lentil mushroom soup with a touch of truffle oil...oh hell yes!

This morning - off for a run! - I'm doing this 10K race on June 15th so I have to get my ass in gear...

In Juice I trust!

  4. I really want to try the green juice. I watched that documentary Fat Sick and Nearly Dead and although 30 days of juicing is not likely where I will go with it. I think at least I could give it a try. I already replace at least 1 meal with a protein packed veggie packed supplement drink every day... ya'all's successes drive me forward!

  5. ooo - I LOVE green juices, too!! there is a local shop in denver that has a divine one with spinach, cukes & green apples. yum.

I've been away from the gym for 3 weeks & its another 3 til I can ease back into exercise. all the inactivity is making me antsy & I can tell I'm losing muscle tone so I'm anxious to get my sweat back on

  6. I just don't think I could get into juicing because of texture issues. I'm glad you enjoy it though!
