Top Ten Reasons I exercise


10. To stay out of the kitchen
9.   So that my legs will be strong to carry me over mountains
8.   To Socialize with my peeps!
7.   To get that ass kicking feeling of joy at the end of a hard work out
6.   To loose weight
5.   To keep sane ~ I love that serotonin
4.   So my heart is healthy
3.   So I can concentrate on the rest of my day ( self diagnosed ADD!)
2.  So I can be like my friend Jane who is a total hottie, super athlete and a grandma! ( she is on the left in the picture above)
1.  Because I refuse to go back to the PRISON of my couch
