Yesterday was one of those days.... you know ~ starts out perfect and then spirals out of control.
Yes, I sprained my Ankle AGAIN and instead of biking in the afternoon I was at home resting which led to grazing, which then blossomed into baking gluten free vegan chocolate chip cookies....I ate 5 of them.
I guess this was a bit a of a NSV because I was able to leave six on the tray. In the past I would have made sure there were none left over.
One day of "lax" behavior does not have to make an entire backward slide ~ right? Its just that I struggle so much when I can't exercise (addict much?).
Setting forth the plan for the day~
1. 100 oz water
2. protein shake for breakfast
3. protein first for lunch and VEGGIES!
4. Roast veggies for dinner and tofu baked with coconut oil and soy sauce.
5. I WILL NOT GRAZE WHILE WATCHING BOOB TUBE WHILE FEELING SORRY FOR MYSELF BECAUSE I CAN'T EXERCISE - I WILL DO AB WORKOUT AND ARMS INSTEAD!
There! It is written in STONE!!!
Random thought ~ Every time they talk about the Hurricane Irene ~ I have the song "Come on Eileen" by Dexys Midnight Runners stuck in my head.
oh dear! Now I am going to hear that song now too!!!!
