Before Photo and Plan for the week


This is me doing trail work sometime last fall ~ boy did I love me some baggy clothes....this is why I have a plan for the week.


Monday ~ Mountain Bike ~ Did 2.5 Hours moderate pace ~ clearing debris from trail as we went


Tuesday ~ Run/ and Weights ~ FAIL ~ good friend in hospital = no time to work out...urgh 


Wednesday ~ Bike 2 hours / or run 5K


Thursday ~ Boot Camp


Friday ~ Yoga


Saturday ~ Easy Bike


Sunday ~ Mountain Bike 3 hours
