Tuesday ~ Run/ and Weights ~ FAIL ~ good friend in hospital = no time to work out...urgh
Wednesday ~ Bike 2 hours / or run 5K
Thursday ~ Boot Camp
Friday ~ Yoga
Saturday ~ Easy Bike
Sunday ~ Mountain Bike 3 hours
isn't it funny how we start to wear clothes that actually fit when we lose weight!!
