Friday - recap
1 egg, sprinkle of cheese and half of an avocado
run/walk 5K
apple
wasabi peas 1/4 cup
sweet potato soup 8 oz
kitcheree (half of a serving)
Dinner and drinks with friends -
1 glass of red (probably was more like 2 glasses- my bartender has a heavy pour)
a few shrimp, small portion of lobster salad, and mini crab cake.
oh and few bite of cake...whoops.
Tomorrow - MTB in the morning - I can't wait!! Yay!!
Its going to be a sunny warm weekend - roll on spring!
