Here was Yesterday's Plan:
#1 - Lean on my accountability partners - that you Ronnie and You Lorie! CHECK! THANKS GIRLS
#2 - Go for a trail run and do some sit ups
YUP! RAN 2.9 MILES - DIDN'T DO THE SITUPS...WILL TODAY
#3 - Smoothie for breakfast, beans and rice for lunch, steamed veggie for lunch, and dinner....maybe some veggie chilli?
PRETTY CLOSE - VEGGIE CHILLI FOR LUNCH, PROTEIN SHAKE FOR SNACK, YOGURT, AND THEN CHINESE FOOD FOR DINNER - GENERAL TSAOS TOFU....NOT HAPPY WITH DINNER DECISION -
#4 - Drink lots of water - 100oz
CHECK!
#5 - Tea when I'm craving sweets CHECK!
Note to self - even though you feel like you may die if you don't get sugar you will not...you will be fine and feel better for having said no. DETOX SUCKS BUT I SURVIVED AND WILL AGAIN TODAY
SATURDAY'S PLAN:
#1 - Lean on my girls again.
#2 - Trail run again and situps
#3 - Yogurt for breakfast, atkins shake for snack and maybe chili again for lunch - going out to an Octoberfest Party tonight, I'll have dinner before we go.
#4 - Drink Tea
#5 - You will be able to live another day without sugar ... I promise...
Keeping track may not be exciting - but the results you'll be seeing soon should be! YAY YOU!!
