Ten Things Thursday
1. Celebrated the 4th with an ass kicking bike ride at 6:30 in the morning - the air was so soupy but it was a nice 35 miles.
2. Weight is holding around 168...better than it was.
3. I'm feeling more in control and motivated these days
4. Looking forward to running this morning - I actually love running in the humid air ..Its like a double workout - bonus sweat!
5. Watching the Tour de France everyday. Beautiful scenery and motivation to push myself harder
6. GO SEE THE HEAT with Sandra Bullok and Melissa Mcarthy -
7. I do not feel like working today..boooooo
8. The summer seems to be slipping away all to fast... must cling to every moment.
9. Went to a nice BBQ at my neighbors yesterday - so fun!
10. Rushing off to take the dogs to the beach - Ed has to get his swim on.
