Yesterday was a struggle ~
I binged all day on sugar. Then I went MTB with my peeps and all was right with the world.
Yes - part of my exhaustion was probably my body fighting off a cold, and recovering from vacation. But another part was definintly lack of exercise, and the sugar.
Last night I felt great after the ride - but payed for my sins all night with heartburn - holy shit that sucked. I feel like slapping myself in the back of the head with a big "whats the mattah you" move!
Chocolate coverd pop ems? Entemenns cookies - by the box - ice cream - seriously....I know better. This was poor choices and a food tantrum over having to come back from vacation.
So last night was a reminder to get my shit together.
Plan for today ~ Keep it Simple!
Lemon water with fresh ginger
Green Juice x 2
Millet
Kitcheree
Fish for dinner
Wish me luck!
I have a bad week too. I gained when I expect to lose :(
