I am still healthy and hopefully with more muscle mass, I will be happier with where I am. We'll see. Sugar is my crack/heroin/devil. One day at a time. :-)

Kelly
www.alovelylifeindeed.comKelly Rodriguezhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04424296190091205312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6828350155188011678.post-28195424626650232352014-03-21T14:35:57.456-04:002014-03-21T14:35:57.456-04:00Oh yeah, sleever-regain-regret here. Even though I understand regain is pretty normal no matter what surgery you had it's still hard to admit that I regained about 20-25lbs from April 2012-Jan 2013. Even sadder to admit I'm mostly in the same weight that I was back in Jan 2013. So I guess if I want to put a positive spin on it, I'm happy I never regained more, but dangit my body seems happy at the "new higher" weight. Grrrrr! But I love how you ended your TTT Friday edition! I love ...There is a lot of us that are coming back. I love it! It's that time of year!

Hell girl. Even though I haven't had WLS, I regain like a mother. It's all part of life i think. What's important is you keep at it!Laura Bellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10312210955440443865noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6828350155188011678.post-57936943208148160482014-03-21T10:45:11.890-04:002014-03-21T10:45:11.890-04:00I don't struggle with re-gain, but I do strugg...I don't struggle with re-gain, but I do struggle with my food choices. So we can all get off track. I have a 10 lb window that I like to stay within (175-185), I'm currently at 170. But the moment the scale even looks like it is going to say 180 I lose it.

However, I'm on the same trip...trying to get back on track with my nutrition and my fitness. I'm even thinking of joining a gym and I hate the gym. But the closest Bikram yoga studio is over 1.5 hours away...and that ain't gonna happen.

I'm glad you are doing so well.
